- Any defects and/or damage to the simulator should be immediately reported to the supervisor and the supervisor should contact the supplier.
- If damage to the simulator is detected during operation, immediately stop the simulator and disconnect it from the power supply.
- It is essential to provide first aid to the injured.
- In the event of a failure that poses a threat to the environment, understandable and visible warning and alarm signals should be provided.
- Report any accident at work to your supervisor and leave the workplace in the same condition in which the accident occurred.
