  1. Start using the kit gradually so your body can get used to it; at first, only use it for a few minutes and increase the use time gradually only when you get used to virtual reality.
  2. Take 10-15 minute breaks every 30 minutes, even if you don’t think you need them. Each person reacts differently, so take more frequent and longer breaks when you feel discomfort. You should always take regular breaks and decide what break schedule suits you best.
  3. Move carefully while exploring the virtual world.
  4. Using the kit may cause you to lose your balance. If you experience balance problems, remove the headset and take a break until your normal sense of balance returns.
  5. Remember that the objects you see in the virtual space do not exist in reality, so do not sit on them, stand on them or use them as support.
  6. Using the headset with goggles may increase the risk of facial injury in the event of a fall or impact.
